3345 Village Drive

We checked in the afternoon of 3/6/26. I called ahead and was told our room was cleaned but was just waiting for inspection which would be done by the time of arrival. Upon arrival the irritated man working the front desk was condescending and quickly told me check in was not until 4:00 pm. I explained my earlier telephone conversation but he was far too irritated to assist and told me that he would text me when the room was ready. That never happened. I later checked in with Grant who is the only 5 star this place deserves. Outstanding people skills and first class customer service on every level. We had approximately 15 guests staying at this resort for a wedding and the standing joke was don’t go to the front desk until after 5:00 pm when Grant is working if you actually need anything. We encountered a few other women working the desk and they were hit and miss lacking friendliness and overall customer service skills. The coffee bar in the morning was staffed with one very friendly barista but he was overwhelmed with 10 or more customers in line at a time while trying to serve customers in the restaurant. Coffee not available until 7:00 am which is very late and then understaffed when they do finally open. Drip coffee should be available in your lobby. This resort is very tired and lacks cleanliness throughout. The rooms are dark and completely rundown. Filthy walls and bathtub, sinking floors and a rotten sewage smell that you are immediately hit with when entering your room. This smell does not leave even after trying to air the room out. That smell was found in several areas of the resort. Windows haven’t been cleaned in years. Grant told me that our original room was put out of service which caused the delay but mentioned our new room was much nicer. Frightening to think what the other rooms condition was. The bathrooms should have been updated 15 years ago. The pictures on the resort website are false advertisement and should be updated so that customers understand what caliber of resort they are actually booking. The location of this property and Grant at the front desk are the only two things this resort has going for it. Very disappointing.

Loved our stay. For the family of 4-2 adults and 2 kids it was perfect. Loved the amenities and all staff were welcoming and very helpful. Would recommend it.

This place is awesome! So close to the mountain and a great value!

Location and amenities were great and staff went above and beyond!

Excellent walkability to lifts and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff including a welcoming small package of toffee crunch. The loft room was just right for our family of 3. It was nice to be able to ship our gear to and from Gravity Haus Jackson Hole. Relatively quiet, but can be noisy with windy conditions between the Gravity Haus and another hotel. One disappointment was when we booked a food and wine tasting which was cancelled, but the Wild Pine provided a discount on our check.
