The price is ok but their contract has tricks. If you are only using for a short time, I recomend that you cancel your lease the same day you sign it because they have a 30 notice period. Essentially, they take a month of rent from you.. Update: It is now November of 2025 and my company has found that Cloudroom billed me every month from November 2024 to November 2025. I canceled my membership In September of 2024 and they did not bill me in October of 2024. But they resumed billing in November and never sent me an invoice. They just silently stole $5K!

Great location, awesome staff and they have kombucha on tap which warms my little techie heart.. Plus the bathrooms never smell stinky (which is impressive considering how many people handle business in there)
