This is the absolute WORST place!! Don’t waste your time or money. The staff/team is useless. No video conferencing capabilities nor did the staff even understand the request for video conferencing. The staff was not prepared nor was our room when we arrived daily.

Excellent place for interim office needs. I have been here for the last two months and have had the capacity to host interviews and group orientation sessions. Deja, Molly, and Aislin have all been incredibly helpful with all my needs and questions! Couldn't ask for a more exceptional team to support this office space. Echoing the sentiment of the previous review, this review is for the corporate office and not directed towards the Houston - West Loop branch. In July 2025, I accepted one of their new co-working deals. In June 2025, I made my final payment (199) on time to end my previous agreement. When the new agreement started in July 2025, I made the retainer (110.09) and 1st month payment (110.09) on time. Please note that before August 2025, I should have received the retainer amount from the previous agreement (199) that ended in June. Instead of reimbursing me the retainer, I was charged (175). Regus's accounting department didn't reconcile their accounting system to acknowledge that they received 220.18 in July 2025. Consequently, they tacked on all of these late charges and stated that I never paid my retainer nor 1st month payment. Mind you, I have record of all of my payments on my July's bank statement. I've been emailing their accounting department back and forward for months. Providing with documentation showing that the 220.18 was paid on time. Yesterday, I was emailed a default letter because I refuse to make another payment until I receive my 199 reimbursement. For a company this size, this is unacceptable not to have a better accounting system.. Whatever you do, do not lease with this company. My next stop is a review on the International Workplace Group, Houston's local news, and court. I pray that someone sees this review before signing a contract. Save your money!!!

This review is actually for corporate and not the actual center. Georgina and Rene do a great job of running the office and are very helpful. However, their corporate partners are not as helpful and I would definitely not recommend using Regus for your business needs. You would think with so many billing complaints, this company would try to improve their billing process as well as their online portal. I’ve been at this location for 12 years. Before Regus even got here. I have never had a late payment and have always paid my monthly service. Recently, my credit card changed and as I made the change in their system, for some reason it didn’t take. It excepted my new card, but then didn’t show the next time I signed in. Due to this online glitch, there was a 10 day period that my bill was late. To prove there was a glitch. There were also two accounts under the same company name/number and I had to delete one of them. Also, when it showed my bill, it only showed half of it, so I paid that half but there was no other bill for me to pay at the time. A week later a second Bill showed up with the other half of my monthly service which I paid, but there was also a $28 late charge at that time. I asked them to remove the charge multiple times and they said they would not. After 12 years of being at this location and due to a glitch in their billing process, which you can see many people complain about in the reviews, they are that set on getting their $28 late fee. No problem I’ll be glad to pay you your $28 with a matching 1 Star review for your customer service, billing process, which seems to match other peoples reviews online also.
