We enjoy always coming to the Hampton inn when visiting RI. Great location. Great staff. Very good hot breakfast. Love how they were able to do renovations to all the rooms. It’s my go to spot

Stayed here one night (Feb 26th-27th) and will never stay here again. Upon arrival I simply asked the front desk (older man with whitish hair) where the elevator was and without even looking at me he asked “to what floor” I told him 2nd then he goes (still without looking up from his phone) “ok what room?”… So I told him the room number and he pointed to the direction of the elevator. Gee thanks. Didn’t look up at me once to speak to me and he made me feel like I was bothering him for asking a question. I was going to go back down to get some snacks and a couple waters but didn’t even want to do that because of the previous interaction and unwelcoming experience.. Room was large and clean but you could hear everything going on in the hallways from the rooms. Doors slamming loudly and people having full blown conversations outside the door. A lot of junkie looking people staying here as well. Hotel located in not the best area and I was kinda worried to leave my car outside all night. Did not even attempt to try the breakfast and left as soon as I could. Definitely will not be back!

I would definitely recommend this hotel to any family staying in the area. The hotel is very nice, clean, and well kept. The staff is absolutely wonderful—everyone is very respectful, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, this is definitely a great place to book and I would stay here again!
