I booked the space and then ended up not being able to use it (we had too many people RSVP) but Shala's support and customer service throughout the entire reservation, cancellation, and challenging refund process (not her doing) was so amazing that I had to share. Her responses were always prompt and showed that she had genuine interest in giving me the best experience even though I ended up not using the space. Her space is now at the top of my list for the next time I need one.

Deeply appreciative of this workspace. Clean, organized, accessible, affordable. Easy to book, park, enter, hold a conference call or concentrate on a task.. I travel intermittently to Montgomery County for family reasons, and this enables me to keep myself (and my brother) sane by getting out of his apartment during the day.

I was a member of Creative Colony and loved my time there. The space is beautiful with plenty of desks that are easy to reserve, a phone room, a conference room, and even a soundproof space to record podcasts if that’s something you’re looking for. The other members are friendly and respectful of each other’s spaces. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to work and are tired of doing so at the home office!
