Went to the store around 9:30a today and it was closed. Employee (didn’t get his name unfortunately) was walking past and let me know the store opened at 10a. Once he saw my disappointment, he asked if I needed a receipt. I said no and he offered to take the package, set it inside, and he’d take care of it. Watched him unlock the door and take the package in. He went above and beyond by taking my shipment before the store opened. Fantastic customer service! This guy deserves a raise.

If I could give it no star then I will do so I payed $132 for a express shipment and it didn’t even get their on time and I tried to call and they said they can’t do anything to help me and they wouldn’t even give me a refund…I tried to call customer support but they didn’t answer at alll…save your money and go to USPS save u money and less headaches..
