Had a great experience with Erica last fall. She really listened to my needs and found a few roles that met my expectations! She also didn't restrict the options to what I specifically asked for, but also included roles she thought I'd succeed at - really expanded my horizons! She even touched base with me a few times during her time off.. I ended up at a company I can (for the first time) say I love and I appreciated Erica's partnership and advocacy every step of the way. She has also done a great job following up with me to make sure I'm happy with the role and offering her assistance if there was anything else I needed.. Beacon Hill sounds like a great place to work - I heard coworkers cheering in the background once for a coworker who completed a milestone! They also have an annual gratitude week and Erica advocated for a charity where I volunteer, and won them a big donation!!!
