Warning – Proceed With Extreme Caution. I will never sign with this company again and strongly advise others to be very careful.. I signed a lease but never moved in, never had a walkthrough, and never used the space. I was rushed into signing, and this was my first time dealing with a lease like this. Within about a week, I notified them that I would not be moving in and requested to be released from the contract.. Despite this, they made the refund process extremely difficult and stressful. Even after acknowledging that I never occupied or used the space, they continued to pursue me financially. Over the next two years, I was repeatedly contacted and pressured, with additional charges added, eventually demanding nearly $3,000 for an office room I never used.. At one point, the property manager explicitly stated that “it’s going to be very hard to get out of a contract with us,” despite the fact that no move-in ever occurred and I acted in good faith throughout the process.. I was respectful and cooperative at all times. The way this situation was handled felt unreasonable and punitive. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend steering clear.
