About this space

Refinery46 is a first-of-its-kind co-working space in SoBro Indianapolis. While co-working has been growing over the last decade, Refinery46 is a perfect blend of businesses, individuals, and industries that you commonly (tech, marketing, podcast, animation, individuals of larger companies, etc.) and uncommonly (plumbing, roofing, brewing, painting, etc.) see operate through such a model. The 30,000 sq.ft. facility first constructed in 1944 has been completely renovated bringing high quality infrastructure and an industrial aesthetic to the space.

Most importantly the amenities and support have been designed around supporting the unique needs of home services and construction firms investing to grow in the highly competitive Central Indiana marketplace.

Amenities include: Lighting fast internet, Top-shelf local coffee, Secure shipping and receiving, and Business growth seminars.

The building is unlocked between 8:30am to 4:30pm each workday. If you are arriving outside of that time frame, please use the code "6205" to enter the building through the "Guest Entrance" (large glass entry way) on Hillside Ave.

Hosted a 60th birthday event here and it was phenomenal. There is so much space for a variety of needs. The kitchen space with refrigeration is so helpful. Take note that there isn’t a stove but there are microwaves and all other essentials. The main event room is so versatile and held our 60+ guests with room to spare.
