Very fancy building with great design and management. Once you enter the building security staff will welcome you and help you out. Very clean, nice and new place. A lot of offices on the second floor. 3 elevators, always available. If you are looking to rent a space for work, this would be great choice. They offer conference room, kitchen fully equipped, eating room, coffee machines, etc.. Very responsible, helpful and polite girls at the front desk on the second floor.. If you are running trucking business this is again good idea, the only thing is that the truck can’t be parked overnight, just short time to finish his orientation/visit with the company.

Leased with them for 1 year. Had a window office. The front desk staff Meghan and Melanie are super nice and helpful. Always there to help and always have a nice smile. The space is perfect and parking is easy and the building is nicely maintained.. Walls are kinds thin so you can hear people if they are having loud conversations but other than that no issues. Would def rent here again.
