Our dynamic, creative boutique coworking space is meant to inspire and bring joy to the workday. We are a relatively new center with our sole location in Boca Raton, FL. We pride ourselves on our boutique feel as it allows us to create a culture and thinktank of like-minded, fun members.

Our coworking space is complete with 42 private offices, 3 meeting spaces, 1 podcast studio and open-coworking stations.

Doors are open 9am-5pm Mon-Fri. Doors automatically lock at 5pm. Please be sure to have your items with you when exiting.

The One CoWork is hands down the best place in Boca Raton to rent an office or work day to day. I looked at just about every option in the area and nothing really compares. The space itself is super well designed, the staff is welcoming and the community feels genuinely friendly.. The amenities, layout and overall atmosphere are completely one of a kind, with pricing that’s more than reasonable.. I highly recommend asking for Max when you visit or schedule a tour. Whether you need a private office, a dedicated desk or a professional spot to host meetings, this space is absolutely worth checking out.

Jan 23 2026. I've been coming here for 3 months now and honestly couldn't be happier with it.. The staff is genuinely helpful and always willing to assist with whatever you need. The space is consistently clean and comfortable, which makes it easy to focus and get work done. As a bonus, it's more affordable than the other co-working spaces I checked out. I'd definitely recommend giving it a try if you're looking for a solid workspace.
