About this space

At WeWork 700 K Street Northwest, the day starts on a bright note the moment you walk into this sunlit space built in 2019. With soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and glass-fronted offices, it stays open and airy—whether you’re heads-down on your own or hosting clients. There’s a dedicated podcast booth that makes recording easy, plus a wellness and meditation room when you need a quiet breather between meetings. And if you’re ready to switch things up, the outdoor space and classroom-style rooms are great for workshops, training sessions, and team offsites.

The staff was friendly, but this just wasn’t the right office space for me.. The smallest office was $800/month which was tiny, and I couldn’t fit half my supplies in it. It also wasnt as diverse as I was hoping.

Great working space. However, some people, often times, refuse to use the phone booths for meetings, thereby, disturbing others who are working with their calls.

If you're looking for a space with beautiful views, pleasant environment, and great staff in the Washington D.C. area, I highly recommend this place on a lower floor (2nd floor) look at the Washington D.C. historical architecture.
