Incredibly clean and functional space. But what sets this space apart from the others are Cassie and charlotte they are attentive, thoughtful, and so cheerful.

We hosted a technical training for our customers and the space suited our needs perfectly! The communication was great and the staff were available to help throughout the day.

I've been renting a private office at this location (out of my own pocket) for almost a year and half, and had a mostly great experience until recently. Firstly, at my last renewal 3 months ago, they pushed a 20% rate increase which felt like an insane arm twist given I had been there for a year already and wasn’t planning on going anywhere. I ended up compromising on a bit lower rate increase but for a 12 month long agreement (twice as long as my previous agreements).. Then on 1/5/2026 I unexpectedly lost my job, 5 DAYS into the 12 month agreement. I immediately notified the office managesr and asked to escalate my situation to understand what options/compromises we could make to shorten my agreement.. I’ve now been repeatedly told ‘there are no early terminations’, which feels completely inhumane and heartless. I’ve been told the 6 month agreement at a higher price that was offered to me just 3 months ago is no longer on the table. They also said they will not list my office as available to prospective members or current members looking to expand, despite being previously told my office is highly desirable and easily fillable.. I’m not asking them to lose money willingly on my office - but I’m feeling completely dejected and appalled they are not willing to compromise or help fill it earlier than my current agreement, at no loss to them. I'm not a doctor, or a business owner, or a company, I'm just an individual paying for the office out of my own pocket. For an easily fillable office, there has to be a solution that works for both of us.. So BEWARE of slimy and overaggressive rate raising tactics, and extreme inflexibility if you’re ever in exigent circumstances!

This space is perfect for co-working, having a professional setting for teleworkers & for getting out of the work-from-home cycle. Cassi and the staff are great!
