WARNING: They Will Not Return My Retainer! It's been over three (3) months since I left the Sausalito Office and they have not yet released my retainer. I keep getting the runaround. I paid on-time for five (5) straight years.. Reddit, LinkedIn, etc. all have pages that are dedicated to this exact issue so it appears to be company wide.

TRIGGER WARNING: harassment. I was physically harassed here on my second day after I paid in full for a month.. I brought this to the attention of the sales team and to the regional manager immediately and privately and I suggested a refund so I could work elsewhere. My requests were refused completely and zero effort was made to make things right or to increase my comfort or to adjust my payment. This was 2 months ago.. I recommend bringing your business elsewhere.

I've been a Regus San Rafael client for several years and still love it. It gives me flexibility, affordability, and a great place for client meetings. I also get to use offices in other Regus locations around the Bay Area.
