I had recently directed all UPS packages set up to be delivered directly to Neon with the intent of scoping out the space over time for events. I've just updated my instructions to remove Neon due to a horrible experience I had trying to pick up my first package. The employee did not believe my package had arrived because I didn't have a 'tag' and explained he's been doing this for three years. Perhaps he wasn't aware that UPS doesn't drop off 'tags' at your house if you've instructed them to send a package directly to a UPS pickup spot - the option exists to avoid UPS having to stop at your residence, and they send you an email update instead.. I was able to pick up the package in the end, but this is not the type of interaction I would like to have with a company, so did not stay to inquire about the space. Going forward, I would recommend asking people coming in to pick up packages to show the proof of drop off to start a conversation, rather than assume that the customer is wrong.

We found this spot while in town for a work trip. Great spot for co working at an affordable rate. The WiFi was sufficiently fast for all of my zoom calls and the outdoor garden is great with WiFi and power plugs. The staff members are friendly and make sure you have everything you need and will bring out extension cords or spare monitors to help you! I hope they open more locations.

What a place! Absolutely lovely owner Teddy who really helped us out. We were over working for Sky TV on the Super Bowl and needed to upload our footage and download extra content for our edits. Fastest internet in the city Hands Down (and we searched). They let you borrow screens too if you need one!
