Very scammy place with unhelpful desk workers. They’re very willing to sign you up for services you didn’t ask for then conveniently don’t know how to help. Working by the underpass up the street would be more advisable than this awful space

The security guard in the lobby downstairs(Black Dude) did not make me feel good today. Weird behavior towards me and I did not appreciate it. Not fair. This is supposed to be place of comfort. Someone should speak with him for future.

I booked a tour through Regus corporate, but the onsite manager David immediately texted to cancel it and told me to come before 4:15, so I dropped everything and confirmed I’d be there in 10 minutes. While walking over, he responded changing his story—saying they only show by appointment, don’t come, come back later. When I pushed back on his rude tone, he escalated by telling security not to let me in and declaring they wouldn’t rent to me.. I called corporate, who apologized and rescheduled with someone else, but David canceled again, sent me a stream of harassing texts, and claimed he’d banned me from all IGW properties “in the city.” Corporate confirmed he’s just a low-level manager with no such power and said they’d handle it.. Bottom line: this manager is driving away paying customers with his attitude. Thankfully, his behavior spared me the mistake of moving in there. I’ve only ever seen this level of erratic, hostile behavior from people in full meltdown who are lashing out at everyone around them, so I do not think this incident will be isolated. Be careful.

Do not lease a space here!! I leased a private office and left after two months:. -There is no air conditioning after 5 pm. -The place is filled with TikToker's and streamers who are screaming and ringing bells 24 hours a day. I even went in once at 3 am to grab papers and they were running a game show streaming to overseas clients. It's worse during the day when people are supposed to be working.. -They use the building parking at night and weekends for the Pantages and other venues, so your office is inaccessible evenings and weekend. -They nickel and dime you for services you don't sign up for, and dealing with their billing is a nightmare.. -When you leave they try to get you for a restoration fee, wasn't in the contract, and the place was in the same condition I got it, it's not like they repaint and revitalize the units like an apartment or normal office would do. Imagine if a hotel room charged you a restoration fee. That's a perfect analogy.. If you are just going for the base coworking and not a private office, then it could make sense as just having a place to post up that's a step up from a coffee shop.. I added a picture of my office as I received it and returned it. Does that look like it needs restoration to you?? The walls, desk and floor were exactly as I got them, the furniture and chair I brought in myself. And they are trying to gouge me a restoration fee!!

So I’ve been working with Clear Peak LLC on amending my tax returns and this is where I sent them. Is this even a real place I’m asking because I’ve been trying to call and call and call and now it just goes to voicemail was I scammed
