Fake five star reviews. The management never answer there phones. We booked a tour, arrived on time for the appointment and no one from leasing was there. Happened twice. After trying to call them multiple times we left. Toured the location ourselves. It sux. Trucks have a very hard time backing into the dock spaces, the street it very tight. Chatted with a couple of the tenants and they said the docks seem to be occupied most of the time by some companies that don't seem to care about other tenants. Warehouse doors are left open most of the time, zero security and plenty of shady characters walking around. Hard pass

I visited Flex and was very impressed with the location. Michael one of the mangers there gave me a tour and I love all the amenities Flex provides. Lauren who is another manager explained how shipping and receiving works and answered any questions I had. I appreciated how clean and organized the loading dock area was. The facility overall seemed to be very well kept and organized. Michael and Lauren were both very hospitable and left such a great impression on me.
