Not organized at all. Was early for my appointment for an MRI so since I am early you would think to help the process along they would tell me to take out my earrings bc it takes time to take them out especially if you have multiple. So now they are late taking me back by 15 mins and I get back there and they want me to take my earrings out. This would have saved me time and them. We get to the machine and this thing is so small they can’t do my MRI and I get scheduled at a different location in the late afternoon. I guess they haven’t heard of being proactive. Wasted my morning.

I called Simon Med yesterday at 8:50 am and was put on hold for over an hour!!! Never even got to what was my name part! I travelled from Chandler, Tempe, ran errands, stopped at home, still while on hold. Drove all the way to LAVEEN to show them my phone so they knew how long I was on hold for. It’s a disgrace, literally.. Annette at the Laveen Simon med finished helping me look up my orders and as always a great help, but customer service on the phone, disgusting and sad!!! You guys need to get it together, there is absolutely no excuse. I even called from my second line and they did the same thing. Had a friend call, they did the same thing. No excuses. Do better.. 02/17/2025. Had an MRI done and as always Jenn was great! She always takes great care of me. Annette always greets me with a happy smile. I’d like to extend to sincerest condolences 💐 to my SIMON MED family for the loss of your colleague. May you all find solace and lean on one another for support and comfort during this difficult time. God bless you all, prayers 🙏🏼. 03/06/2026. Had an ultrasound done and the tech was extra kind, as always. I’m sorry I forgot her name. She has always treated me with kindness and dignity. It was going to be her birthday on the 10th of March so happy birthday over again! And thank you for making me feel comfortable while you did my test.
